Mission Team

The primary mission of Huguenot United Methodist Church’s Mission Team is to act as the hands and feet of our Lord Jesus Christ, committed and dedicated (to the best of our ability) to the service of others locally, nationally and internationally.

Our activities include:

Blessing Box:

We have a blessing box located near the Preschool parking lot. Please consider supporting this mission by donating shelf stable items that people might need or want in a Blessing Box: Food, personal hygiene products, household products, new clothing, etc. More details.

Angel Tree Project:

Each Christmas we adopt a family or community project that is in need of our assistance.

Rise Against Hunger:

For many years, Huguenot has sponsored and participated in this event. The event this year will be held at the Church on a future date to be announced.

Friends of the Homeless:

We feed the homeless once a month at Broomfield Church.

Bainbridge Community Ministry:

We collect food and household products to serve the elderly and poor in our community. We also volunteer on site and distribute the food.

Dress a Girl Around the World:

Dress a Girl Around the World provides handmade dresses for girls most in need around the world. If you would like to make some dresses, contact Molly Sprouse at [email protected] for more details. You need to have a sewing machine and basic sewing skills.
